I want to be sure I tell you how very happy I am to have been a customer of Crystal Asman’s.  I don’t always go out of my way to write a letter like this, but because of the wonderful way we were treated, I am moved to write to you, so you will know for sure that you have one great employee in Crystal!

My husband and I ‘found’ Crystal by asking for an online quote.  She responded quickly and kept in great touch with us by phone and by email.  We feel like she offered us a very good price on our new Santa Fe and I so appreciate how she went above and beyond the call of duty, making sure we got the care we wanted in the end!

As you might know, we ran into some trouble with a person at another dealership, both the dealership and the person really messed things up with the way they treated us and with their conniving ways…. but Crystal hung with us, and when the other dealership let us (and Crystal) down in such a rude and unprofessional way, she hung in there and continued to be honest and straightforward, and she worked hard for us to get the car we really wanted, at the price we wanted.

I felt right away when I first talked with Crystal that she was exactly the kind of salesperson that I most like…. honest, to the point, kind and not at all pushy, and also smart and informed.  She listened to my needs and wants, and she did everything she could do to help us.  I don’t know if I got the best price ever on a new 2010 Santa Fe, but I sure FEEL like I did!  :-)  Plus she not once got into all the yucky sales pitch stuff that turns me off right away.  She trusted me to know what I wanted; she listened, answered questions and she always called me back too.  As a bonus, she also made me laugh and smile, sharing her warmth and humor with me as well.  I promise you that I never knew her before and I truly am a stranger who became a customer…. and I want to make sure that she is recognized for the great work she does!

Thank you for helping to make me a Hyundai driver.  Please give Crystal all the kudos she deservers for her great customer service and her dedication to doing her job so well.
